The Decree establishes the National Broadcasting Commission to, among other things, receive, process and consider applications for the ownership of radio and television stations including cable television services, direct satellite broadcast and other medium of broadcasting

There is hereby established a Commission to be known as the National Broadcasting, Commission (in this Decree referred to as the Commission) which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
